  4. Great video! I'd love to hear your thoughts on Clickup vs. Asana — I'm torn between them but Clickup seems to offer more at the free tier

  8. I like that you're talking fast and intense. On the other hand, the style of captions such as "HOW I USE IT" suck; they look like prepared on Office 97 WordArt.

  11. Block Site is a free alternative to Freedom, though you only get a certain amount you can block! I find it useful enough though

  13. Really nice video. With zapier I know of the tool but the example you gave I do in Notion using templates, do you have another example where it is useful? (I am a heavy Notion user so am biased)

  16. Awesome video, as usual! I've been trying to keep as much as possible on Roam, but I guess its not the best call! A few questions… How is your workflow with writing content, and video scripts… You write on Roam and then copy those to Google Drive? Notion? Also, why you shifted the Video Production from Notion to Asana? You are a huge inspiration Nat!

  19. I can't recall if you did mention this, but I did not hear which apps are free and which apps require a subscription. If you could've mentioned that in the video, that would be useful. For example, Asana may be an improvement on Todoist, but Asana is not free. I apologize if you did discuss this.

  21. Roam changed my life about 3 months ago, and I've benefitted hugely from your videos Nat. This was the best video on productivity apps that I've seen in a long time, Zapier and Asana are apps I haven't heard of, but they look amazing. I'm currently using todoist and, while it is great, there is still very much to be desired. Thanks again!

  24. Hey Nat! I really loved this video, it has new apps that i never heard about…
I would love to give you feedback about this! 🙂

I worked like a video editor for a long time, and something i learned there is you shouldnt abuse of a resource. Im talking about the "hush" sound. It works well but use it in a moderated way

Thank you so much, i really love your videos! Have a good day.

  28. I feel like the Zapier/Airtable/Google Drive workflow for video scripts and ideas could be implemented in Notion all in one place using templates and databases
