Please package your Electric Wine Opener carefully to avoid damage in transit. Under this warranty, Ozeri will repair or replace any parts found to be defective due to a manufacturers defect. I bought this wine opener as a christmas gift for a friend, but before i gave it to him, i got curious and decided to try it and I absolutely loved it! i decided to buy a few more for myself and for others as gift. Its very sturdy, and alot better than other similar electric openers i've used.

This is very easy to use and doesn't chew up the cork as much as my old manual corkscrew. I've never tried other electic wine openers, but I'm assuming they're supposed to be this easy to use. It also looks great too, though I'd may opt for a different color next time, like red. But overall, its a great wine opener!

I used to enjoy a glass of wine here and there, but when I started getting arthritis, I had a hard time opening bottles using manual wine openers. Buying this has really made opening wine bottles painfree and a breeze for me. I would definately recommend this for anyone who wants an easy to use wine opener that works perfectly.

I've used several other wine openers similar to this, and this one by Ozeri is by far one of the most consistent openers I've ever used. The problem with electric wine openers is that they sometimes don't always work as well as you'd like-- sometimes they chew up the cork, or it ends up breaking the cork up into little pieces and falling into the bottle. But this one is one of the most consistent ones I've used. I've used it well over 10 times, and it has never chewed the cork; It worked perfectly every time! This wine opener is the best one I've used so far.

This is the first electric wine bottle opener I have ever owned that ALWAYS works. It doesn't require strength or special skill. There are never pieces of cork or plastic in my wine! I bought this for my parents who have a hard time opening wine bottles becuase they're getting old. But now, even my 70 year old mom can open a wine bottle with this with ease.
