Takes quite a bit of getting used to the technique, but it works very well once you have mastered it. Good design and construction.
Never Destroy Another Cork April 24, 2010 R. H. Behrens (Sunapee, NH United States) As the previous reviewer stated, once you master the technique you will never go back to using a corkscrew. Every cork comes out in perfect condition. It's also a great rescue tool for when someone uses a conventional corkscrew on a dry cork and leaves the top half in crumbs and the bottom half in the bottleneck. This cork puller will still get that out.
Not a Monopole! July 5, 2010 Evan Goldenberg (Greenwich, CT USA) Don't get me wrong, it works, but not as elegantly as my old chrome Monopole Ahh-So!
Works well April 5, 2010 Emil A. Eklund (San Francisco, CA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Works well and seems to be of good quality. Looks and feels a bit on the cheap side but the construction is solid and the coating on the prongs makes it easy to use.
The handle is quite narrow though so if you have large fingers it's a bit tricky to use.
