These are excellent glasses. The have the feel and look of a quality glass and the size is great for ice tea.

We've been using these glasses daily for a few years now. They are attractive, feel good in the hand, don't leave rings on the furniture, and hold up really well. Understated elegance. Five Stars.

I love these glasses because water can't pool in the bottom of them in the dishwasher. Amazon packed them well and all arrived in good shape.

I love the glasses and so did my son and daughter-in-law, however as they were rinsing them before using them for the first time they noticed a spot and kept trying to clean the spot. It wasn't dirt or a spot it was a bubble in one of the glasses, the other three were fine. I didn't send them back because it would have cost me to much to do that so they just kept them....just thought you would like to know since you asked.

The glasses themselves are quite nice -- attractive, of good quality, and nicely compact for a large-capacity glass.
Unfortunately, Amazon takes no care to provide any special packaging protection, nor even to mark the box "fragile." How even a lukewarm I.Q. could just stick the package in a box before sending it through the U.S. mail is beyond me. Remarkably, two glasses survived shipping, though the others were of course smashed to bits. USPS is not known for careful handling and I would figure that the fault was mine for taking the risk had Amazon given any warning that it would take no more care packaging glassware than it would with a bunch of books.
Once upon a time this would not have happened. Amazon use to take some pains with its shipping, before it decided to save as much money on it as possible. Nowadays it is no better than a careless eBay seller.
